Our know-how at the service of one of the most important business schools in the world.

The challenge was to define a global digital strategy that was aligned with the pillars of the brand, maximizing business opportunities, reducing costs, achieving greater profitability, promoting knowledge management, and guaranteeing the scalability of the Business Institute.

Our maxim is always to find the perfect balance between Business, User and Product, that is why we define both the context and the needs of the user, working in all the “touch points” through which this last ones interact with the school services . Before, during and after.

We carry out in-depth interviews with the project stakeholders, students, teachers, deans and administrative staff of the center in order to know and define the needs of each one of them and the points of contact that may exist between them.

We had obtained a lot of information but we needed something more, so we did focus groups, ideation sessions, co-creation sessions and workshops, and that’s how we could traced the path and the strategy to follow.

We created a custom-made tool and a digital ecosystem of work that would allow us to design products with our own identity, for the different specific educational areas, within a global framework of the Business Institute. We dramatically shorten the time to work and launch of digital products and drive the efficiency and scalability of business goals. Thus achieving full autonomy for the Business Institute team, in order to develop individual content and communication strategies for each digital asset that requires it.

Such a powerful tool would not be supported only by a good strategy and a repository of modules and templates, it also had to have its own design system. A solution that at that time had a visionary character, since design systems were not talked about as now, and less with such a broad meaning as is the case of the Business Institute.


Never before has it been so easy for an educational environment of the caliber of the Business Institute to independently manage, develop and adapt its digital brand, content and communication strategy, and thanks to our solution, it can be adapted to the future lines of business of the client.

In short, we help to generate an unprecedented digital educational environment and communication with the student.
