Honest Strategy organizes a workshop on how to take advantage of the set of customer experiences in the companies thatSilvana Buljan imparts and that we are pleased to host on the Redbility Innovation Center.

Honest Strategy is a community of people and companies that have the purpose of transforming the business world. And of course, Redbility adds to it.

The workshop, or MISA Session as they call it, will take place on Thursday, March 30 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the new Redbility Innovation Center. It is aimed at business people, entrepreneurs, CEOs and managers who want to transform the business world.

Silvana Buljan, founding partner of Buljan & Partners Consulting, company of reference in customers – Employee Experience and Customer Centricity, after an introduction to the topic, she’ll make us reflect about the importance of focusing on customers and understanding business excellence from the customers point of view, connecting with the emotional side of their experience, leaving a side processes, structure, product catalogs, competition… In addition, we’ll create a “experience map” of the main stakeholders of the companies.
