Playing in First Division League
Just like Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo. That´s how we felt when BBVA asked us to carry out this project. The challenge was to encourage their clients to use the bank´s online services by introducing gamification resources. That means offering awards, badges, rankings or prizes such as presents or tickets to the sport events sponsored by BBVA.
Our UX department put the ball in the field after doing a thorough work on conceptualizing the interaction design, as well as defining the new set of functionalities for BBVA´s online banking private area.
Our design department, the midfielders, received the ball and defined the graphic communication strategy and the iconography.
In forward position, our IT guys, hit the soccer goal with the front-end programming of the gaming area and the graphic ítems.
The outcome was a perfectly structured website with a fresh and playful, but still corporate, graphic line.
